We are pleased to announce a $3,795 donation to Genesis Behavioral Health of Laconia and Plymouth. As part of the Bank’s commitment to assisting non-profit agencies in the communities it serves, MVSB matched all 2014 employee contributions to the Lakes Region United Way dollar-for-dollar. The $37,950 in matched funds were distributed evenly to 10 deserving non-profit agencies selected by MVSB employee vote.
“We are so appreciative of this donation,” said Maggie Pritchard, Executive Director of Genesis Behavioral Health. “With these funds we plan to increase efficiency at our center by converting our paper charts to an electronic medical record. Moving to an electronic medical record will free up space and time at our office, allowing us to improve patient care and better keep up with the demand for mental health and counseling services in our region.”
