We are pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Hicks to Senior Vice President, Corporate Treasurer and Investment Officer. In this role, Jason will continue to manage the Bank’s investment portfolio and treasury functions and oversee the Bank’s financial, tax and regulatory reporting processes

Jason joined MVSB in 2009 as Vice President of Finance and Controller following an extensive career in public accounting, commercial and community banking. In 2013 he was promoted to Corporate Treasurer and Investment Officer for both Meredith Village Savings Bank and Merrimack County Savings Bank, which operate under the same mutual holding company.
An active member of the Lakes Region Community, Jason serves as Treasurer on the Board of Laconia Area Community Land Trust, Vice President of the Board for Lakes Region Habitat for Humanity and Treasurer for Center Harbor Congregational Church. Jason received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant for the State of New Hampshire.
