For people considering the purchase of their first home or anyone interested in learning about the home buying process, HOMEteam Education and Resources will be offering a first-time homebuyer seminar. HOMEteam is able to present this educational program free of charge thanks to the generous support of Meredith Village Savings Bank.
The Seminar provides attendees with a practical guide to buying and financing their first home. Issues covered will include credit, budgeting, financing, working with realtors, and the home inspection process.
The class will be held on Saturday, October 25th between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at MVSB’s Seneca Ladd Building located at 10 State Route 25 (next to MVSB’s Main Office) in Meredith. The Seneca Ladd Building is handicap accessible.
After completion of the program, HOMEteam also offers follow-up counseling and assistance for families or individuals as they navigate the home buying process.
