We are excited to announce the opening of a Mortgage, Personal and Business Lending Office located at 95 Lafayette Road in Hampton Falls. The office opened in March and is currently serving customers and prospects by appointment.
“Having full service branches in Alton and Wolfeboro for the last several years, we found that many of our customers were looking for access to Meredith Village Savings Bank’s lending services in the Seacoast area where they live, work or own a business,” said Carol Bickford, Senior Vice President and Retail Lending Officer for Meredith Village Savings Bank. “Last year, we re-assigned two experienced Mortgage Originators, Jan Chittick and Cindy Ryan, who both reside in the Seacoast, to help meet this need and they have already begun building relationships within the community and meeting with customers in the locations most convenient for them. This new office will give potential customers an opportunity to come to us if they prefer.”

Jan Chittick, NMLS ID 922214, has extensive experience in the real estate industry, and brings a wide range of knowledge and expertise to the mortgage customers she serves. Jan began her career in the real estate industry before transitioning to mortgage lending in 2012. She is an affiliate member of the Seacoast and Strafford Board of Realtors, a member of the Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce and a former board member for Seacoast Home Builders and Remodelers Association. In addition to her base of experience in the real estate industry, Jan is a Certified Paralegal, a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and holds an Associate Degree in Business Management from the University of New Hampshire. Cindy Ryan, NMLS ID 1016420, joined MVSB in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative/Teller. Since then, she has gained experience in lending as a Loan Processor and Mortgage Lending Specialist. Cindy recently moved back to Hampton from the Lakes Region where she and her husband, a Hampton native, had raised their triplet children. In the last year, she has been busy immersing herself once again into the Seacoast community, connecting with old friends and building many new relationships in the area. Cindy holds a degree from Dean College in Franklin, MA.
