We are pleased to announce that we will be the Title Sponsor for the 3rd Annual Lakes Region Uncorked. The event will be held on November 5th from 5:30 to 9:00 at Church Landing in Meredith and will feature locally made wine, mead, cider, beer, coffee, food, desserts and more.
Lakes Region Uncorked is the signature annual fundraiser for Lakes Region Community Services, an essential community partner providing comprehensive family supports and services aimed at enhancing the quality of life of individuals and families in Belknap and Southern Grafton Counties. Last year’s event helped raise more than $24,000 to support the services the organization provides to more than 1200 local people.
This year’s Lakes Region Uncorked attendees will be taken on a “tasting trail” featuring an array of appetizers and hors d’oeuvres selected to complement your sipping and sampling experience, as well as wine education sessions with Carla Snow, the author of ‘Wine and Dine in New Hampshire’ and wine educator at A Grape Affair. Joining Carla to pair fine wines and chocolates will be Chocolate Consultant Sally Baybutt. The event will feature chef demonstrations and guests will also enjoy live music and have the chance to bid on many fine silent auction items donated by local businesses and artisans.
Tickets for Lakes Region Uncorked are $55 each and can be purchased through the LRCS website www.lrcs.org or by emailing uncorked@lrcs.org.
Since 1975, Lakes Region Community Services has been an essential community partner supporting individuals and families living with developmental disabilities or acquired brain disorders and providing community-wide family supports to enhance quality of life from birth through the lifespan.
