Between Thursday, November 5th and Monday, November 9th we will be upgrading to a new online banking system. The services you currently enjoy will continue, but in a simpler, more user-friendly format. Several new tools and services will become available as well – some at launch, and others over the following weeks.
By now you should have received a mailing, at the address we have on file for you, containing important first time log in instructions. If you did not receive your mailer or if you have misplaced it, please call as soon as possible for assistance.
While we migrate to the new online banking system, our current online banking services will be impacted as follows. Please note that this timeline has changed slightly from the communication you received by mail:
- Beginning at 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 5th, access to NetPay (Bill Pay) will be unavailable.
- Beginning at 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 5th, access to the MVSB Mobile App will be unavailable. Mobile users will need to delete the current MVSB Mobile app and download the new app from the App store when it is becomes available on Monday.
- Beginning at 6:00 pm on Friday, November 6th, NetTeller Online Banking will be available for inquiry only. This means, you will be able to log in and access your account information and history, but you will be unable to make any transactions or changes, including transfers, stop payments or settings changes, until the new system is live on Monday.
We expect the new Online Banking system and Mobile App to be available on Monday, November 9th at 12:00 noon. Please plan ahead so that your payments and transactions are not impacted by these service interruptions. We think you’ll find the new system is very easy to get used to, but if you have any trouble getting started, please do not hesitate to contact us. Beginning on Monday, November 9th at 12:00 noon, we will have an extended hours call center available to assist you. All personal customers and most business customers should call (844) 528-2265. Business customers that use advanced Cash Management Services, such as ACH batch processing, should call (866) 962-6165.
