On Tuesday, March 15th, our Telephone Banking service will be upgraded. During this transition, we do not expect any interruption in telephone banking inquiry and transaction services. The ability to change Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) will be unavailable between 4pm on Monday, March 14th and 10am on Tuesday, March 15th.
Here are a few things you can expect when we upgrade:
- The upgraded system will accept voice commands in addition to touch tone.
- Telephone banking phone numbers will remain the same: (603) 279-5603 or (800) 394-8769.
- You will have access to the same account information as you currently do.
- Your telephone banking login information will remain the same.
We expect most of our Telephone Banking services to remain online and available during the upgrade; however, there will be a brief interruption, during which time customers will be unable to change their pins and/or make transfers.
Once the service is updated, please listen carefully to the recorded instructions as some menu options will change. The new system is very easy to follow, however to assist you in navigating the menu, we have developed the phone tree below. For a printed copy of the phone tree, please contact us.
