Melissa French Reid was recently promoted to Vice President, Branch Services and Retail Sales Officer for Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB). In this position, Reid will continue to oversee service and knowledge training for MVSB retail employees and represent retail in all New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) strategic projects.
“Melissa is a valued member of the department, demonstrating exceptional ability and understanding of our approach to service,” said Christine Harris, MVSB Senior Vice President, Retail Banking Services Officer. “Her customer-facing experience combined with her insight on bank operations empowers our employees to put their best feet forward. Melissa will excel in this position.”
Reid joined MVSB in 2002 as a Teller in the Meredith Main Office. As her career progressed, she held several positions in Customer Service. In 2009, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Sales and Branch Services.
Reid is a graduate of New England School of Banking and volunteers for the Salvation Army, Children’s Auction for the Greater Lakes Region and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
