Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB) will be opening its 12th office location at 448 Governor John Wentworth Highway, next to the Melvin Village Post Office this fall. MVSB has assumed the lease of the location, and plans to enhance the overall interior design and technology to better serve the local community.
Despite the very small size, the branch will offer a wide range of modern banking services to meet the needs of households, non-profits, municipal organizations and businesses in the area. The Bank is currently reaching out to the community to develop hours of operations that best meet local needs.
Robyn Masteller, Regional Vice President, Eastern Region for MVSB, will oversee the new location.
“We’re excited about the Melvin Village branch, the newest addition to the MVSB family,” said Rick Wyman, President of Meredith Village Savings Bank. “The Melvin Village location makes us more accessible to residents and businesses in Tuftonboro and surrounding towns. News has traveled fast, as we’ve already had people opening accounts in Wolfeboro and Moultonborough in anticipation of the Melvin Village opening!”
