Holiday Hours and Expected Digital Banking Service Interruption

Early Closing on Wednesday, Dec. 13th
On Wednesday, December 13th, we will be closing our offices and drive-ups early for an employee event. The hours for the Melvin Village office will not change. Offices in Center Harbor, Moultonborough, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Wolfeboro and Alton will close at 4pm. The lobbies for the offices in Meredith, Laconia, Gilford and Ashland will close at 4pm, though their drive-ups will remain open until 4:30pm. Annual Mitten Tree Drive at All Offices
With colder weather moving in and the holidays fast approaching, Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB) and Merrimack County Savings Bank (the Merrimack) will be collecting mittens, hats, gloves and scarves for its annual Mitten Tree drives. A donation of $2 for every item collected through December 16th will be awarded to the NH Food Bank, and earmarked for the local communities in which the donation was made. An increasing number of consumers are being targeted in new and sophisticated scams involving online dating. In such instances, unsuspecting victims are being forced into sending money- sometimes thousands of dollars – to criminals through PayPal or other well-known online payment services.
