Gracie Cilley, Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, announces retirement.
Gracie Cilley, Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer for Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB) is retiring on December 8, 2017 after more than 21 years with the organization.
“Throughout Gracie’s tenure, she has proven to be invaluable for both the Commercial Lending department as well as the entire Bank as a whole,” said Rick Wyman, President of MVSB. “Her extensive knowledge and ability has allowed the Bank to make significant local contributions, and she has dedicated a great deal of time working with affordable housing projects in the communities we serve. We’ve been very fortunate for her service these last 21 years.”
“I plan to continue championing the need for economic development in our community,” said Cilley. “I’ve enjoyed working with countless local organizations throughout my time at the Bank. MVSB was founded on service and it has felt good to represent an institution with values that so closely align with my own.”
Cilley began her career at MVSB in October 1996 as a Commercial Loan Specialist with more than 20 years of banking experience. She was quickly promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loans, in December of that year. Cilley was promoted again in January 2000 to Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer.
Cilley is very dedicated to the community and has frequently offered her knowledge and expertise to many organizations throughout her career. She was named Chair of the Board for the BelknapEDC and is Secretary and Chair of the Audit Committee for Future in Sight (formerly known as the NH Association for the Blind). She has previously served as the Committee Chair for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Kidworks Learning Center and the Lakes Region United Way. Cilley is a graduate of the New England School of Banking and has an Associates degree in Business and & Finance from NHTI.
