We would like to thank law enforcement for the incredible job they’ve done evaluating the details of today’s suspicious incident at the Main Office of our sister Bank, Merrimack County Savings Bank. Though our employees are well-trained on how to respond to unusual and possibly threatening events, it was reassuring to see how quickly and thoroughly law enforcement acted during the investigation.
We also extend a note of gratitude to the Barley House, across the street from the location. They offered their hospitality to evacuated employees until it was safe to re-enter. Employees especially appreciated staying warm, while the events unfolded.
