Each year, the Registry Review publishes data collected by The Warren Group outlining the top loan originators for the state of New Hampshire.
Five mortgage lenders from Meredith Village Savings Bank were recognized.
Lori Borrin, Vice President & Mortgage Loan Officer, was recognized as being the 7th highest loan producer in the state for both the number of loans and loan volume. She was also recognized as the top producer in the lakes and mountains region by loan volume, and was second by number of loans. Lori has been with Meredith Village Savings Bank since 1993, when she started as a teller. After several years in branch management, Lori moved to the mortgage loan department in 2006. Lori has an office in the main office in Meredith, lives in Moultonborough with her family, and volunteers with the local Meals-On-Wheels program as a member of their Site Council. She also serves on the Lakes Region Builders and Remodelers Association Parade of Homes Committee, is on the board of the Lakes Region Community Developers and is a mentor for the Circle Program. Lori has taken many courses to further her education and is a graduate from the Northern New England School of Banking and a 2019 graduate of the New England School of Financial Studies.
Sue Ross, Mortgage Loan Originator, was recognized as the tenth largest producer in loan volume in the entire state, and earned the second spot in the lakes and mountains region in number of loans, and third in loan volume. Prior to becoming a member of the residential lending team at Meredith Village Savings Bank in 2008, Sue was involved in both commercial and residential real estate transactions in her role as a paralegal for more than 15 years. Sue was also a licensed real estate salesperson in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She is a graduate of NHMB Leadership Academy Class of 2018. Sue resides in Gilford and is a member of the Gilford Community Church. Sue works with customers throughout the Lakes Region, and at our branches in Wolfeboro, Alton, Meredith and her hometown of Gilford to assist consumers with the application process for mortgages, construction loans, and equity loans.
Nanci Coughlin, Mortgage Loan Originator, earned the third spot by loan volume and the fifth spot by number of loans in the lakes and mountains region. Nanci has been with MVSB since 1999 and resides in Alton. An active volunteer, Nanci enjoys working with the Humane Society. While Nanci has been working as a loan originator since 2001, she also has experience as both a teller and customer service representative. Nanci also maintains a home-based office and assists customers throughout the Lakes Region.
Kelly Beebee, Mortgage Loan Originator, was also recognized for the lakes and mountains region by being the fourth in loan number production. Kelly joined MVSB in 2006 when she was hired as the head teller at our main office working her way up to Branch & Business Development Manager of the Plymouth Main Street branch, bringing with her nearly a decade of prior banking experience. She is an active member of the community, having served as a board member holding several officer positions for Voices Against Violence, Plymouth Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Plymouth Rotary Club. Kelly has also served as a lead coordinator for numerous local events and fundraisers. Kelly’s office is situated in our Center Harbor branch office.
Marcy Dembiec, Mortgage Loan Originator, was recognized as the fourth producer by number of loans in the western and northern region. Marcy started her career in accounting, and worked in that field for ten years before joining MVSB in 2005 as a loan processor. Later that year, she was promoted to her current position. She is active in the Plymouth Realtor Community and has been part of the Plymouth State University continuing education program. She also serves as Board Vice President for WinnAero, a non-profit that promotes STEM learning in youth through programs in aviation and aerospace.
