Cathleen “Cathy” Sleeper
We are excited to announce the promotion of Cathleen “Cathy” Sleeper to Assistant Vice President, Branch and Business Development Manager. In this position, Sleeper will continue to oversee the MVSB’s Main Office at 24 State Route 25 in Meredith.
“We are so proud to acknowledge Cathy’s dedication and talent with this well-deserved promotion and I know she will continue to be an excellent leader as MVSB continues to grow,” said Cynthia Oxton, Regional Vice President, Branch Manager. “She has exceptional customer service skills, more than a decade of experience at the Bank, and is passionate about helping our customers and serving the community.”
Sleeper has held several roles in MVSB branches since joining the Bank in 2009 as a part time teller. Prior to this promotion, she has served as the Branch and Business Development Manager for the Bank’s Main Office in Meredith since 2017. She also serves as the Program Coordinator for the Bank’s in-school savings program, Save for America School Savings. In the community, Sleeper volunteers her time as a Board Member for the Greater Meredith Program and she is a member of the Meredith Rotary.
Sleeper attended Jamestown Business College, Northern New England School of Banking and the Dale Carnegie Effective Speaking & Human Relations course and she is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Lakes Region. She has three grown children and enjoys spending time biking with her husband of 36 years.
