Our warmest congratulations and appreciation to Cindy Oxton and Robyn Masteller, who have retired after years of dedicated service to MVSB and the community. Both served as Regional Vice Presidents for the Bank – Cindy supporting our Center Harbor, Meredith and Moultonborough locations and Robyn our locations in Alton, Gilford, Laconia, Melvin Village and Wolfeboro. Celebrations were held in their respective home branch locations in December.
Cindy Oxton joined MVSB as a teller in 1987 and assumed several supervisory roles before being promoted to AVP Branch Manager of Center Harbor and Moultonborough in 2002, and then Vice President Branch Manager in 2003. She was named Regional Vice President in 2007. Cindy’s commitment to community and bank values reflected in the deep relationships she built with both staff and customers. Her dedication to community service is remarkable and includes many decades chairing the MVSB Children’s Pedal Tractor Pull event at the Sandwich Fair, preparing meals with the branch for the Center Harbor Soup Kitchen and much more.
Robyn Masteller joined MVSB as a Branch Manager in 2006, assisting with the opening of MVSB’s Alton Branch. She went on to support the open of the Wolfeboro Branch in 2008 and has been integral to building relationships in those communities. Also in 2008, Robyn was promoted to Regional Vice President and her role expanded in 2012 to support the Gilford and Laconia offices. More recently she oversaw the opening of the bank’s first micro-branch in Melvin Village. She has been known for her talent at building strong teams and for her passion for supporting local businesses and nonprofits in her community.
Familiar faces in the community, Robyn and Cindy have been held in the highest regard by their customers and colleagues, and we send our best wishes to them in retirement.
