The New Hampshire Pumpkin Festival is set to carve out downtown Laconia from Oct. 27-28 for two days’ worth of fall fun for the whole family. There will be an art show, food trucks, street performers, beer garden, zombie walk, train rides, live music and a whole lot more. MVSB will proudly sponsor two crowd favorites – The Runaway Pumpkin 5k/10k at 9 am Oct. 28 at Opechee Park and the Children’s Costume Parade at 1 pm Oct. 28 starting at the Belknap Mill.
“We would like to thank all those in the community who have come together to support the amazing activities we have planned and we couldn’t be more excited to bring locals and visitors alike together to celebrate fall in downtown Laconia,” said Karmen Gifford, Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce President. “One of the features that I am looking forward to the most is the newly designed pumpkin tower that will be made up of up of thousands of jack-o-lanterns. We hope everyone comes out to enjoy the festivities.”
