We have improved the MVSB electronic statement (eStatement) experience in online and mobile banking. Enhancements include:
- The option to download multiple statements at one time.
- A personalized email notification each time a new statement is available.
- Masking of account numbers to the last 4 digits for enhanced security.
- Combining eStatements and delivery preferences as a single Statements option in the Services
If you are enrolled in eStatements, the next time you visit the Statements menu, you will be prompted to re-acknowledge the eStatement Delivery Agreement and confirm your current preferences – then you’re good to go! Your eStatement preferences will carry over and all current statements will be available immediately. We will load the past two years of historical statements following the upgrade and appreciate your patience as this process is completed.
To sign up for eStatements:
- Log in to online banking or the MVSB app.
- If you are not yet enrolled? Click Sign up for Online Banking in the login box under our logo above or download the MVSB app from Apple or Google Play
- Access Statements in the Services
- You will be prompted to accept the eStatement Delivery Agreement.
- A Manage Delivery Preferences pop-up will appear. Review the list of accounts and select Online with Email for the accounts you wish to receive an eStatement for and click
To view your eStatements:
- Log in to online banking or the MVSB app.
- Access Statements in the Services
- A list of statements starting with the most recent will be displayed – use the drop down and filter options to filter your list to locate certain accounts or date ranges.
- Click the document icon to the right of the statement you wish to view.
To update your eStatement preferences:
- Log in to online banking or the MVSB app.
- Access Statements in the Services
- Select Delivery Preferences.
- A Manage Delivery Preferences pop-up will appear. Review the list of accounts and select Online with Email for the accounts you wish to receive an eStatement for and click
