Has your phone, email or address changed recently? Keeping us up-to-date is important as it ensures that you will continue to receive timely account updates. You can notify us of changes in online banking or the MVSB app.
To update your contact information:
- Log in to online banking or the MVSB app.
- Select Change of Contact Info in the Services menu.
- Review your information and select Edit to make changes.
- You’ll be prompted to receive a secure access code at the phone or email address we have on file for you. Follow the prompts to receive your code by voice, email or text and enter it.
- Add or update your information and click Next.
- Review the changes and click Submit.
We use one-time secure access codes (SAC) sent by phone, email or text to verify your identity if you forget your password or make changes to your online banking settings. The email address(es) and phone number(s) you’ve provided to receive those codes are updated separately and you will be promoted to to do so after you complete the Change of Contact Info form. If you missed this step or need to make changes later, you can do so by accessing Security Preferences in the Settings menu. SAC contact information can be updated when you select Secure Delivery.
