You can’t control everything… but you can manage when and how your MVSB debit card can be used and receive customized spending alerts.
To get started, log in to online banking or the MVSB app and find Manage Cards in the main menu. Select your card(s), then tap Card Controls. Acknowledge the terms and conditions and designate how you would like to receive alerts – by text message (SMS) or email.
After that, it’s up to you – choose to:
- Set controls1 based on dollar amount and location.
- Receive real-time alerts based on your card activity.
- Temporarily freeze or unfreeze your card.
