Granite Edvance offering $750,000 in scholarships
Here’s something to make you almost love March in New Hampshire. The Granite Edvance Scholarship is now open! This year the NH nonprofit is offering $750,000 in scholarships to new and returning NH college and trade school students – their largest award yet! Scholarships will be awarded in four categories in amounts ranging from $1,000 to $3,000. Applicants must be NH residents enrolled in a two-year or four-year college or Title-IV eligible trade school in the fall of 2025. The application deadline for four-year students is May 7, 2025, and the application deadline for two-year and trade school students is July 9, 2025. Reminder: Destination College
Destination College is fast approaching. This fun, free event for high school juniors and their families will be held on Saturday, April 5, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Southern New Hampshire University. Along with info-packed workshops and a college fair featuring reps from more than 50 colleges, this year’s event will include a prize giveaway. All NH high school juniors who register for Destination College will be entered into a drawing one of three Apple MacBook Air laptop computers and two iPad Pro tablets! Winners will be drawn at random during the last half of the college fair, and students must be present during the drawing to claim their prize.*
