A recent update to online and mobile banking included enhancements to our electronic statements (eStatements) experience. You’ll notice a new and more mobile-friendly, tiled design view – providing a seamless experience across all of your devices. Click on any statement tile to view a full copy of the statement just as you always have.
When accessing online banking from your browser, you’ll also have the option to switch to an Advanced View customized to your preferences. The Advanced View will present your statements in a list with options to sort and filter by account type, number and date – as well as the option to select and download multiple statements at once.
To access the Advanced View:
- Log in to online banking from your browser
- Select Statements from the Services Menu
- Select Settings in the statements Menu
- Toggle on Advanced View
You can visit the Menu in Statements at any time to adjust your electronic statement preferences.
