AFTER HOURS: Locked Out of Online or Mobile Banking
For security purposes, online and mobile banking accounts automatically lock after 3 incorrect password attempts for the same account. The account will automatically unlock 90 minutes after it was locked – once. Thus, you should be able to unlock your own account by waiting 90 minutes and then using the “reset password” function prior to locking yourself out a second time. If you are locked out of online or mobile banking after hours, you can use our telephone banking system at 800.394.8769 for your banking needs, with the exception of depositing a check by a smart device. Please complete the form below or call us during business hours if you would prefer assistance in unlocking your account.
AFTER HOURS: Report a Lost or Stolen ATM or Debit Card
Call Telephone Banking at 603.279.5603 or 800.394.8769 or call the Card Center at 888.297.3416. If you report a card as lost or stolen after hours, please also visit or contact the bank during business hours to request a replacement card.
Responding to a Fraud Center Notifications - Email, Call or Text Message
Our automated card monitoring provider, Falcon Fraud Center, monitors card transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and alerts you when a suspicious card transaction is detected. If fraud is suspected, your card may be temporarily suspended while we try to reach you by phone, email, and/or text message to protect you from ongoing fraud. The alert will always include the last 4 digits of your card number and a description of the transaction. You do not need to provide personal information in response to an alert – simply reply in the manner you received the alert to let us know whether the transaction is authorized or fraud.
