With an MVSB debit card, you can access your account conveniently anywhere Mastercard® is accepted. Our cards are equipped with the latest chip and contactless technologies – giving you added convenience and peace of mind when you use your card for everyday purchases and subscriptions.
To help us provide you with the most convenient and secure card experience, please:
- Monitor your accounts regularly and let us know if there is a transaction you do not recognize.
- Notify us of your travel plans using Manage Cards or the Secure Message feature in online banking, or by calling or visiting a branch.
- Keep your contact info up to date by calling, stopping by or submitting a change of contact info form in online banking or on the MVSB app.
Manage Your Cards Online
Control when and how your debit card can be used and receive customized spending alerts. Find Manage Cards in the Main menu in online banking or the MVSB app. Use it to:
- Set spending limits based on the amount or location.
- Receive real-time alerts based on your card activity.
- Temporarily freeze or unfreeze your card.
- Notify us if you will be traveling out of the area.
Please note that card management limits and restrictions you set do not supersede those in place by the bank – for example, you cannot increase your spending limit above the standard limit for your card. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Add Your Card to Your Mobile Wallet
Access your card at the touch of a screen right from your phone’s mobile wallet. Add your card to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay to pay online or in person anywhere mobile wallet is accepted.

Reporting Your Card Lost or Stolen
Please notify us by phone as soon as you notice your card is missing.
