Mortgage Loan Officer Kim Lesnewski joined MVSB in 2008 after relocating from Connecticut. Bringing four years of prior banking experience, she was hired as a BSR/Insurance Specialist in Alton and Wolfeboro (and subsequently in Gilford). In 2015, Kim was promoted to Teller Supervisor at the Laconia branch. In 2016, she was promoted to Branch Services Supervisor, and subsequently in 2019 she was promoted to Branch Services Manager in Laconia.

A 2009 graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management, she received several diplomas from CFT (Center of Financial Training) – including Operations Diploma, General Banking Diploma, Banking and Finance Diploma, and Advanced Financial Services Diploma. She is a 2018 graduate of the Leadership Lakes Region program.

Serving the community as a founding member of the nonprofit Lakes Region Search & Rescue, Kim is currently on the Board. Having been Vice President from 2019 through 2021, she now serves as President as well as Chairperson of the organization’s training committee.
