As an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer, Marcy Dembiec has access to a wide range of programs and competitive rates. She knows the market, the neighborhoods, and she will work hard to get to know you so she can meet your needs.

Marcy started her career in accounting, and worked in that field for ten years before joining MVSB in 2005. Marcy started as a Mortgage Processor before her promotion to Mortgage Originator in the fall of 2005. She is active in the Plymouth Realtor Community and has been part of the Plymouth State University continuing education program. She also serves as Board Vice President for WinnAero, a non-profit that promotes STEM learning in youth through programs in aviation and aerospace. Marcy graduated from Kingswood Regional High School in Wolfeboro and received an Associate Degree in Business Science from Hesser College in Manchester, NH.

Marcy is not based in any one office of the bank. Instead, she travels throughout the Lakes Region to assist consumers with the application process for mortgages, construction loans, and equity loans. She can meet with customers at a location and time that is convenient for the customer’s schedule – even on evenings and weekends.
